Government jobs after 10th Pass: what to know
A large share of central and state government jobs are open to candidates who have passed Class 10 (Matriculation). These are mostly Group C and Group D roles in railways, staff selection, paramilitary forces and state police.
Exams to target
Common recruitments include SSC MTS, SSC GD Constable, RRB Group D, RPF Constable, India Post GDS, Army Agniveer (GD) and state police constable posts.
Selection process
Selection is usually a computer-based test (reasoning, maths, general awareness), followed by a physical efficiency test for uniformed posts and document verification. There is no interview for most of these roles.
